Memorabilia
We are constantly looking for photos and other Brownson memorabilia. If you have anything you wish to contribute we would love to add it to this page. We can accept electronic images or actual photos. Please include as much information as you can about the material. Electronic media should be mailed to us directly. Please do not send large files, actual photos, or other materials without contacting us first. In any case the address is webmaster@ussbrownson.com.
The memorabilia gallery is located here. At present, there are over 600 photos there.

- Robbie’s Five Days on Board – on December 30, 1946, the George 1, a Navy patrol plane attached to Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd’s Antarctic Expedition crashed, killing several crew members. James "Robbie" Robbins was one of the survivors who spent 5 days on the Brownson – this is his story.
Unauthorized Memorabilia
A number of members have received ads from Cafe Press AKA JJ-Enterprises, for Brownson memorabilia. This company IS NOT AUTHORIZED by the USS Brownson Association and we do not recommend doing business with them. We have requested in the past that they stop using the Brownson logo and they have refused.
